Description

The misty vapour of Sun Moon Lake swathes the nearby hills with a moist cloak that helps tea plants grow. The unique large-leafed Assam tea leaves are fermented, rolled and processed in ways different from Indian tea leaves, resulting in a vibrant brew which many declare as “Ruby Red”, locally known as cultivar No.18.

The sweet lingering finish is reminiscent of Oolong tea – this truly is a unique black tea from Taiwan.
