Produced with cutting-edge equipment and skilful and dedicated staff in Taiwan, our products are delivered to Singapore by air to ensure their freshness.
FORBIDDEN Durian Mooncakes are made in Singapore.
As no artificial additives and preservatives are used in these cakes, they are freshest and best consumed by the best-before date.
They will usually have a minimum of 2 weeks for consumption upon delivery.
There is no need to refrigerate the regular products (Pineapple Cake, Apple Cake, Honey Cake Rusk, Durian Roll). Please store the cakes in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.
For Frozen products, please store them in the freezer (-18 Degree Celsius)
Account and Membership
We have switched to a different system in Nov and were unable to migrate your account password due to privacy protection. Please sign up as a new account and you will be able to get up to 150 Sunshine Points instantly under our new loyalty program.
If you have previous rebate points from the previous system, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can check and credit them into your new account.
After you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address that was provided. To activate your account, open the email and click on the link. Do check your spam folder to ensure that the email has not been sent there.
Simply select "Forgot Password" at the login page. Enter your registered email address and click the send button. Look out for the email to reset your password.
You can redeem vouchers, free shipping and more! Simply tap on "Redeem Rewards" at the bottom right of your screen to find out the full list of rewards.
You can earn 1 sunshine point for every $1 spent. However, please note that sunshine points will not be issued on orders using discount/ promo codes.
DELIVERY / SHIPPING
You may select from the list of couriers available and their different price rates during checkout. Kindly note that additional custom duties and other local charges may apply. Please check destination country's regulations.
Please ensure that the intended location is able to receive the item, subjected to their local COVID regulations.
Kindly note that follow-up and tracking of deliveries have to be done directly with the courier service you selected, once the parcel is collected by the courier we will not be able to help with any follow-up.
We will pack and arrange for the delivery service provider to pick up your parcel on the selected ship out date.
Your parcel will likely reach you in 2-3 days from ship out date. Delivery may be delayed during peak seasons due to high demand; or unforseen traffic / weather conditions.
We will not be able to guarantee the delivery timing as we are using 3rd party delivery services. If you need delivery within a certain timing, please select the premium delivery option with the correct timeslot at checkout.

Strictly no changing of delivery dates within 3 days of the original selected date. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number and the revised delivery date so that we can better advise on feasibility.
Cancellation is strictly not allowed due to the nature of food products.
Standard Delivery is available at $9. Delivery will be within 9am - 6pm, during working days. Free on orders above $150.
Premium Delivery within selected 2hr timeslots is available at $25 (excluding Tuas).
