NOTICE REGARDING SUNNYHILLS MOONCAKE

In recent days, we received feedback in Taiwan about isolated cases of mold found in our mooncakes. We have since reached out to these customers with a sincere apology and provided full refunds, while immediately launching a thorough investigation into the cause.

After repeated checks, we identified the issue as a sealing defect linked to a new production line dedicated only to mooncakes. While this was an occasional occurrence, the timing during the Mid-Autumn shipping period has left us without sufficient time to validate a 100% reliable solution.

Out of responsibility to our customers, we have made the difficult decision to stop producing this year’s mooncakes and to suspend all shipments with immediate effect. For unshipped orders, customers may choose to, with consent, exchange for other SunnyHills products or cancel their mooncake orders for a refund. Please check your email for further details.

For customers who have already received the mooncakes, we will honor any requests for returns of mooncakes for a full refund (with proof of purchase).

We will also like to reassure everyone that this does not affect our signature Pineapple Cakes, Apple Cakes, and Banana Waffle Cookies which are produced on a separate and the original production lines and remain completely unaffected.
